Abstract

This case describes a customized promotional brand bandanas for a well-known Japanese sportswear brand for promotional gifts. After 2 times proofings, we successfully confirmed the final design and completed the order for 2,150pcs bulk order. In the project, we fully demonstrated our experience in bandana OEM production, ensuring high quality control at every stage and delivering on time. The customer was delighted with the finished product and looked forward to future cooperation opportunities.

Initial Communication

On July 15th, 2024, we received an inquiry from a world-renowned sportswear brand in Japan. The customer found our factory through industry recommendations and trusted our OEM capabilities. The customer hopes to customize promotional bandanas as an important gift for the launch of new products. These promo bandanas are crucial in assisting the promotion of new products.

Communication Phase

We actively interacted with customers during the proofing process to understand their needs. After close communication, we determined that there were 10 different designs of branded bandanas, made of polyester, with the initial proofing quantity of 10 colors and one each. The designer bandana are available in 2 sizes, 75x75cm, and 90x90cm.

Printing process: The customer has high requirements for the polyester bandana color rendering of the logo pattern, so we recommend DIG printing to ensure the bandana pattern is clear.

Sewing process: Regarding the sewing process, since the customer is a big brand, he is very concerned about the smoothness and beauty of the square bandana edges. We are also very cautious in the sewing process to eliminate all defective products.

Cooperation process

After 5 days, the custom bndanas with logo samples were completed and sent to the customer for confirmation. After receiving the first sample, the customer decided to adjust the custom bandanna design after discussion, including the size and pattern. We made a second proofing according to the customer’s new requirements.

Second proofing: The second proofing is 5 different colors, namely black, white, green, blue, and red. The customer’s LOGO is printed on the four corners of the head bandanna. The square bandana size is 65*65cm. 

After 5 days, we completed the customer’s second proofing and received high recognition from the customer. The customer immediately placed a bulk order for 2,150pcs customized bandanas.

In the entire mass production process, our logo bandanas production process includes printing, shaping, cutting, sewing, quality inspection, packaging, and delivery. By strictly controlling each link, the stability and consistency of product quality are ensured. 

We are very concerned about the printing and sewing process of the custom printed bandanas, and we conduct full inspections on the products to ensure their quality. 

In addition, the customer requires customized packaging, each big bandana is folded separately and put into an OPP bag, 20 in a middle bag, for subsequent distribution and sales. 

Bulk order: After 25 days, we completed the production of all bulk bandanas as well as the full inspection and packaging process, and all products were delivered on time.

Customer Feedback

At present, the customer has received all customized promotional brand bandanas, and they are very satisfied with the finished products and look forward to more cooperation in the future.

Summary

This is not the first time we have done OEM production for brands, and we are very experienced in this regard, so this project was successfully completed for us. Through this customized promotional brand bandanas project, we have demonstrated our professional capabilities in the field of customized sportswear accessories and established a good cooperative relationship with well-known Japanese brands.
