Initial Communication
On December 23, 2024, we received a customer from Japan, consulting on customizing a batch of waistcoats for shrine activities. The customer mainly sells various groceries and has high standards for the design and quality of traditional cultural products.

Because the shrine waistcoat is unique, the customer provided only a design draft without a physical reference. Therefore, we carefully confirmed the size, process, and printing effect during communication.
The customer required the japanese waistcoat to be made of 150D Oxford cloth with a white background and a one-color printed logo, measuring 35*36cm to ensure the waistcoat is light, durable and features a visible logo.
Proofing and Production
During the proofing stage, we strictly followed the design provided by the customer to produce the first version of the white waistcoat and used digital printing technology to print the logo. After receiving the sample, the customer proposed to modify the style, believing that the neckline needed to be adjusted to better match the style of traditional shrine clothing.

Therefore, we made a second proofing according to the customer’s bespoke waistcoat new needs and adjusted the neckline design. After finalizing the layout, we began mass production, which takes 25 days. The main processes include printing, shaping, cutting, sewing, quality inspection, and packaging.

To ensure product quality, we strictly control the details of printing and sewing, and all custom printed waistcoat are fully inspected to ensure that the logo is printed and the waistcoat pattern is standard to meet customer requirements.
