Abstract

This case demonstrates Pace-Setter customized cotton denim placemat and napkin sets for Italian high-end customers. The focus of this project is on fine hot stamping logo processing to ensure the quality requirements of high-end brands. 

The project was delivered on time, meeting the customer’s placemat sets high requirements for precision and quality, and finally successfully completed production and passed full inspection and delivery.

Initial Communication

On November 15, 2024, Pace-Setter received an inquiry from an Italian customer, The customer mainly deals in high-end clothing accessories, bags, etc., And requested a batch of high-quality placemat and napkin sets as high-end gifts or product accessories for the brand. 

The customer clearly table mats and napkins that he hoped the set would adopt a rough denim style and had very high requirements for the hot stamping process of the LOGO. 

We communicated the design details with the customer and the product adopts a denim blue tone, the material is pure cotton, the custom cloth napkins size is 30*30cm, the custom placemats size is 45*35cm, and the hem sewing process is used around. 

At the same time, the customer also requested a customized packaging box for luxury placemats and napkins. After receiving the base fabric color sample we mailed, the customer confirmed denim blue as the final color.

Proofing and Production

According to customer needs, we began to make samples to ensure the clarity and color accuracy of the hot stamping napkin logo. The customer was satisfied with the hot stamping effect of the first proofing but made suggestions for fine-tuning. 

After adjustment a second proofing to ensure that the accuracy and delicacy of the placemats and napkins logo fully met the brand requirements. 

After the sample passed with entered the 30 days mass production stage, the production process included hot stamping printing, cutting, sewing, quality inspection, and packaging.

In every production link, we strictly control quality to ensure that the final product meets the customer’s high-end quality standards.

Customer Feedback

After receiving the product, the customer gave high praise to our precise production execution and hot stamping process. 

In particular, he was very satisfied with the delicate processing of the logo and believed that the place mats and napkins reflected the brand’s luxury and quality requirements. 

In addition, a customized packaging box ensures that the product can be kept in perfect condition during transportation and display. The customer said that this cooperation met its expectations and was willing to continue to cooperate with Pace-Setter in the future.
