Abstract

This case shows the successful cooperation of Pace-Setter in customizing 100% polyester white bandana semi-finished products for Polish customers. 

This batch of orders totaled 20,000 pieces of 100% polyester bandanas，55*55cm in size. There is no printing no labels, and the edge sewing process is adopted.

Customers use these semi-finished products bandanas to achieve fast small-batch customization locally, which is in line with the current trend of light customization.

Initial Communication

On August 3, 2024, a tourism product company located in Poland contacted Pace-Setter through its website inquiry. Their main business covers tourist souvenirs, badges, and cultural and creative products of scenic spots. 

The customer expressed the hope to customize a simple white bandana as a semi-finished product to meet their business of printing customized patterns for consumers.

Through communication, the customer confirmed polyester bandana the size of the material and how it would be sewn and simple packaging, they also said they did not need washing labels.
