Abstract

Pace-Setter successfully customized 100% polyester Anpanman bandannas in three styles and three colors (orange, red, and blue) for Japanese grocery gift customers, totaling more than 90,000 pieces.

Japanese customers have strict requirements for logo clarity. While ensuring bright colors, we have successfully achieved high-precision pattern presentation by repeatedly adjusting the digital printing process.

All custom bandanas are produced on time and shipped smoothly after passing random inspection.

Initial Communication

On September 26, 2024, Japanese customers contacted Pace-Setter, hoping to customize a batch of Anpanman-themed square bandannas with a size of 45*45cm, using all-polyester brushed cloth to ensure softness and comfort. 

The customer has high requirements for printing quality, especially the clarity of the custom bandanas with logo, and hopes we can provide the best printing solution.

In addition, the customer requires separate folding packaging and the instruction manual to be packaged in an OPP bag to facilitate putting it into the capsule.

Proofing and Production

On December 6, we completed the sample production and sent it to the customer for confirmation. 

We especially refined the digital printing parameters and changed the color contrast and resolution to guarantee that the final effect can be precisely seen as the customer has strong criteria on the clarity of the custom printed bandanas logo.    

After the customer confirmed the sample, we quickly started the mass production.The production process strictly follows the standards: 

First, digital printing is carried out to ensure the saturation of the red and blue bandana, and orange bandana patterns.

Then the shaping process is carried out to prevent the fabric from shrinking and deforming.

Then precise cutting and hemming are carried out to ensure that the edges of each square customized bandanas are neat.

Finally, after random inspection, qualified 100% polyester bandana are folded as required, instruction paper is added, and they are packed in OPP bags for shipment. 

The entire mass production was completed on December 27.

Customer Feedback

After receiving the goods, the customer expressed satisfaction with the printing quality, feel, and overall craftsmanship of the Anpanman bandannas, especially the clarity of the logo, which met their expectations.

This packaging method is just right to put it completely into the capsule, allowing the product to enter the retail channel directly. The customer spoke highly of this cooperation and said that he might continue to order similar personalized bandanas in the future.
