Abstract

This case describes how Pace-Setter customized red polyester cotton heat transfer surgical cap for a well-known brand customer, totaling 3,850 caps. The product uses high-quality polyester cotton red fabric, a heat transfer brand logo, and the size is the standard for regular adults. 

The project focused on ensuring the surgical cap fabric’s color fastness and the logo’s clarity and durability. The final delivery was on time and the customer was very satisfied with the finished product.

Initial Communication

On February 13, 2024, the customer contacted Pace-Setter to inquire about the customization of red polyester cotton surgical caps. The customer is a company that mainly produces T-shirts and clothing accessories and has strict requirements for brand image. 

The customer has high standards for the quality of Logo heat transfer, expecting the custom surgery caps to meet functional requirements while reflecting the brand’s characteristics.

In the initial communication, we provided the customer with a sample of red polyester cotton fabric and explained in detail the technical parameters and effects of Logo heat transfer to ensure the customer’s confidence in the material and process.

Proofing and Production

During the proofing stage, we used the red polyester-cotton fabric confirmed by the customer to complete a batch of personalized surgical cap samples. 

We focused on testing the heat transfer effect of the logo to ensure that it was clear and without ghosting, accurate in color, durable in washing, and would not fall off or break due to frequent use. 

After the sample was approved by the customer, we immediately started mass production red surgical cap. The production of bulk goods takes a total of 25 days, involving printing and dyeing, shaping, cutting, sewing, quality inspection and packaging. 

During the production process, we strictly controlled the heat transfer temperature and time to ensure the perfect presentation of the logo and avoid problems with the fabric due to high temperature. 

All products were sampled and confirmed to have no color difference and quality defects and then delivered on time.

Customer Feedback

The customer highly recognized the quality of the delivered cloth surgical caps, especially the excellent color fastness of the fabric, and the surgical cap still maintained a bright red color and intact logo effect after multiple washings. 

At the same time, the customer also gave a positive evaluation of our production efficiency and service attitude and expressed his expectation to cooperate with us in other clothing accessories in the future.
