Summary

This case study comes from a Shenzhen-based brand specializing in ceramics sales. The client got in touch with Pace-Setter online on October 15th. The client wanted to make a set of Custom Portable Tea Set Storage Bags that could be sold together with their teaware. They needed the drawstring bag to be useful and well-made so that the items could show a good image of their brand. Our team handled the work from the first sample to full production in a short time. The client gave us good feedback after they received the personalized drawstring bags.

Initial Communication

The client initially provided the size and color scheme requirements for the cloth drawstring bag, but did not provide a physical sample. To better understand their needs, the Pace-Setter team proactively purchased a similar finished custom cloth drawstring bag sample and, based on the client’s design sketches, readjusted the proportions and color scheme. During the communication process, we focused on confirming the material combination, the feel of the filling, and the placement of the drawstring decoration to ensure the final effect matched the client’s product style.

Proofing

The sampling process was finished on October 16th. The cloth bag with drawstring has an outer layer made of linen and cotton fabric. The design also includes small patches of washed cotton. The main color is soft pink, matched with beige patches. The seams use a flat sewing method, which makes the edges clean and smooth. The overall design looks simple and tidy, showing the handmade style that the client wanted. After sample confirmation, we quickly initiated mass production.
Production and quality checks started on October 25th. The production process includes steps such as dyeing, shaping, cutting, sewing, checking the quality, packing, and shipping.
For quality control, this batch uses a sample check method. The inspection focuses on the neatness of the stitches, the shape of the bag, and the strength of the drawstring parts. Each fabric drawstring bag is equipped with a drawstring and decorative beads, with overall dimensions controlled at 10×10×10cm to ensure a perfect match with the client’s tea set packaging dimensions. The packaging uses standard dust bags.

After receiving the bulk order, the client expressed satisfaction with the overall quality and craftsmanship, particularly noting the high fidelity of the tea bag’s color and details, and its ideal display effect when paired with ceramic products.The client shared their thoughts after they received the bulk order. The client was satisfied with the overall quality and how the product was made. They said the color and details of the cloth bags with drawstrings were very close to the sample. They also mentioned that the tea bag looked great when shown together with ceramic products. The client said they would consider a repeat order after reviewing the sales results.
