Abstract

This case describes the cooperation process between Pace-Setter and a Swedish customer, who customized 1,000 bright red custom jersey polyester ninja headbands for its grocery product line. The project involved digital printing and overlocking processes. Through close communication with the customer, we made a pattern adjustment based on customer feedback to ensure that the final sample met its requirements.

During the production process, we strictly control every process to ensure each custom headbands meets customer standards. In the end, the product was delivered on time and was highly praised by the customer. This project demonstrated our professional capabilities in the production of 100 Polyester Headbands and also consolidated our long-term cooperative relationship with customers.

Initial Communication

On July 10, 2024, we received an inquiry from Sweden. This customer is a company specializing in grocery sales and needs to customize ninja headbands this time. 

 The customer has a long-term cooperative relationship with us. Previously, they had customized products such as scrunches and were very satisfied with our product quality and delivery punctuality every time. Therefore, in this cooperation, we still maintain a high level of attention.

The customer requires the ninja Headbands size to be 88x5cm, the color to be bright red, and the material to be 100 polyester knitted fabric with good elasticity. 

In terms of printing technology, the customer requires the use of digital printing to make the logo, and requires the use of a overlocking seam process to ensure ninja hair headband is more durable. In terms of packaging, the customer hopes that each red ninja headband will be individually packaged in an OPP bag.

Proofing

After receiving the customer’s inquiry, we quickly communicated with the customer and confirmed the specific needs. The customer hopes that the customized headband will use bright red 100 polyester headbands fabric and that the logo pattern will be presented through digital printing. According to the design provided by the customer, we started proofing.

After 7 days, the sample was completed. After discussion, the customer hoped to make some adjustments to the printed logo pattern to ensure designer head band pattern is more in line with their brand image. 

Based on customer feedback, we modified the custom made headbands design drawing and conducted a second proofing. The sample effect this time fully met the customer’s requirements.

Bulk Order

After the sample was confirmed, we began to enter the bulk production stage. During the production process, we used highly elastic polyester knitted fabric to ensure that the polyester headband is both comfortable and elastic. 

In addition, we used an overlocking process during the sewing process to improve the durability and avoid edge unthreading or loosening. We also pay special attention to details to ensure personalized headbands can meet consistent quality standards.

During the production process, we carried out strict quality control to ensure that each batch of ninja style headbands meets customer requirements. Every process on the production line has been strictly checked, including the clarity of the printed pattern, the firmness of the seam, and the quality of the elastic fabric. 

In order to ensure the quality of large quantities of ninja headband custom, we conduct a comprehensive quality inspection after each batch of production is completed.

Packaging and delivery stage

After all products pass the quality inspection, they enter the packaging stage. Each custom jersey polyester ninja headbands is individually packaged in a transparent OPP bag and carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation. 

Finally, all custom headband were completed on August 2, 2024, and shipped on August 3 after packaging.

Customer Feedback

Finally, 1,000 custom jersey polyester ninja headbands were delivered smoothly, and the customer was very satisfied with the product quality and delivery time. 

The customer especially thanked us for our attention to detail in the proofing stage, and made timely adjustments based on their feedback, which ultimately ensured that their requirements were fully met.

This cooperation consolidated the cooperative relationship with old customers and laid the foundation for future cooperation. The customer said that he would continue to choose us for more customized cooperation in the future.
