Abstract

In this case, we produced 66,380 sets of custom Japanese fabric wall hanging for our Japanese customer, we using a single-sided thermal transfer process with a total of 4 kinds different patterns. After 2 times proofing confirmations, the customer is very satisfied withe our final products, further consolidating our cooperative relationship with Japanese customers.

Initial Communication

On April 6th, 2024, we received an inquiry from Japan. The customer was engaged in hanging paintings and home decorations. They are very interested in our website products and wanted to customize a Japanese Fabric Wall Hanging. The customer wanted to make a sample first to confirm our production capacity and craftsmanship.

Communication Phase

After initial communication, we understood the customer’s needs. They want to customize 4 different patterns of hanging paintings. After adjustment by our designer, we sent the drawing to the customer for confirmation. This is some important information about this case.

Material: Polyester Oxford cloth

Quantity: 66380 sets

Size: The size of each set of fabric wall decor is 42*59.6cm.

Accessories: Each set of custom fabric wall hanging is equipped with 2 hanging scrolls, 4 caps, and 1 PP rope to ensure that users can use it conveniently.

Packaging: The customer uses customized packaging, and the textile wall decor is carried out in the form of 10 sets per bag, 50 bags per medium bag, and 3 bags per box, which is convenient for transportation and storage.

Printing process: Single sided thermal transfer technology is used to ensure that the custom Japanese fabric products pattern is bright and wear-resistant.

Proofing time: 7 days to complete sample production and send it to the customer for confirmation.

Bulk Production time: 30 days

Full inspection: The customer requires a full inspection to ensure the quality of each hanging cloth banner. We inspect the wall hanging according to the customer’s requirements and finally deliver them on time.

Cooperation Process

During the production process, we faced some technical challenges, especially in customized wall hanging printing, laser cutting and sewing. But with 20+ years of experience in textile, we successfully completed the production of samples. 

The customer was very satisfied with the custom fabric wall hanging details. After their internal discussion, they wanted to make some minor changes to the color number of the cloth wall hanging, so we made a second proofing and adjusted it strictly according to the customer’s requirements. 

In the end, the customer was very satisfied with the sample and decided to order 66,380 sets of custom wall hanging.

Customer Feedback

At present, the bulk custom wall hanging have been produced, and the customer has received the goods and expressed great satisfaction. Customer give us feedback that if they finish new design, they will continue to cooperate with us. It is expected that the new design will be sent to us at the end of 2024.
