The customer is from Japan, and the retailer specializes in grocery products. The customer contacted us through our website and sought custom embroidery cotton drawstring bags. This cooperation is the first order, and the customer has high product quality and details requirements.

Product Requirements

On July 27, 2024, we received an inquiry from Japan. The customer said that he was in a chain of grocery stores and wanted to customize a promotional drawstring bag made of cotton canvas, 20*20cm in size, purple in color, and needed to embroider a kitten pattern on the bag.

The personalised cotton drawstring bags should be comfortable and durable enough for daily use. The number of products is 1050, and the customer did not request customized packaging.

Project Challenges And Solution

The challenges of the custom cotton drawstring pouch mainly focused on the choice of rope. The customer initially requested a thicker rope, and after multiple tests and sample modifications, we finally recommended a more suitable rope for the customer, which not only met the comfort requirements, but also could carry heavier items, and was more harmonious in visual effect.

Optimization of rope selection: Regarding the customer’s request for a thicker rope, we communicated with the customer and suggested using a medium-thick cotton rope instead. After many samples and adjustments, the rope specifications that best suited the custom cloth drawstring bags were finally confirmed.

Details of embroidery patterns: During the custom drawstring pouch embroidery process, we ensured that the patterns were fine and clear to ensure that the shape and details of each kitten were perfectly presented.

Optimization of production processes: We use spot fabrics for cutting, followed by fine embroidery and sewing to ensure that the quality of each plain cotton drawstring bag meets the standards. Finally, the products are packaged and shipped after strict quality inspection.

Proofing

According to the customer’s requirements, we completed the proofing on July 27, 2024, and sent it to the customer for confirmation. The customer was very satisfied with the finished custom cotton drawstring pouch and placed the first batch of 1,050 large orders. 

Subsequent orders will follow one after another, and we will complete the delivery within 30 days. At present, the customer has received all the goods.
