Abstract

In this case, we customized 2 types of custom Diamond Velvet Polyester Bucket Bag for an Iran promotional gift company. The bags were made of diamond velvet polyester and the customer’s LOGO was accurately printed on the bags through digital printing. This designer bucket not only has a stylish appearance but also comes with adjustable handles and stainless steel magnetic buttons, which increases practicality and a sense of luxury. After 5 days of proofing, the customer was very satisfied and ordered 1,000 promotional bucket bags.

Initial Communication

On April 24th, 2024, we received a new customer from Iran at the Canton Fair. This is an advertising company specializing in promotional gifts, and its business covers providing personalized promotional products to customers. The customer took samples at the exhibition and showed great interest in our polyester bucket bag. After further communication, they decided to cooperate with us and customize 1000pcs bucket bags. At present, the project has been completed.

Communication Phase

After close communication with the customer, we learned the customer’s specific needs. The customer needs 2 styles of tote bag bucket, everything else is the same, only the color is different. The other details are as follows:

Material: After careful consideration, we use polyester diamond velvet as the fabric of the handbag bucket bag. This fabric has excellent wear resistance, is not easy to deform, and has good resistance to most stains. Moreover, the design of diamond velvet can not only effectively improve the breathability of the fabric, but also make it more beautiful.

As for the base part, we chose EVA as the supporting material. Although this material is light, it has a good supporting effect and is water-resistant and moisture-proof.

Color: The customer selected the yellow sample polyester bucket bag we exhibited at the exhibition. After discussion, we designed a new color combination based on the customer’s brand image, and accurately positioned the customer’s LOGO on the front of the bucket bag.

Size: Our designers provide customers with new designs based on the size of our samples. The custom bucket bag size is 22.5*28cm, the base diameter is 15cm, and the LOGO size is 7*1.82cm.

Bag handle: Adjustable handles to ensure the practicality and comfort of the bag.

Customers are very interested in our convertible bucket bag, and this design allows people of different body shapes to wear them, which expands its promotional scope.

Accessories: Stainless steel magnetic buttons are used to facilitate the opening and closing of the bag and the high-end feel of the overall design.

Printing process: We use digital technology to make the logo and design patterns present a delicate color effect on the diamond check polyester bucket bag.

Proofing: After the customer confirmed all details, we began proofing, and completed the lightweight bucket bag sample within 5 days. The customer is very satisfied with it and decides to place a large order immediately.

Mass production: We started mass production according to the quality of the samples, and it took about 35 days to complete the production of 1,000 pcs, 2 styles of bucket bags, and the assembly and packaging were completed.

Cooperation process

The customer is very satisfied with our products and services. We completed the designer bucket bag order smoothly. During the production process, we strictly controlled every link to ensure the accurate position of the digitally printed LOGO, while ensuring the firmness and aesthetics of the package body and base.

After 35 days of efficient production, all personalised bucket bag were delivered on schedule. The customer expressed great satisfaction for the custom Diamond Velvet Polyester Bucket Bag and looked forward to future cooperation opportunities.
