Abstract

This case shows the process of custom cotton yarn pet triangular bandana for German customers. We used high-quality cotton double-layer gauze to meet the customer’s high requirements for details and completed an order of 5,000 red and beige triangular bandanas.

Initial Communication

On Aug 21th, 2024, we received an inquiry from a German company. The customer wanted to custom cotton yarn pet triangular bandana for its brand and put forward high standards for materials and craftsmanship. The customer finally chose the cotton double-layer gauze material to ensure comfort and durability.

Communication Phase

In the initial communication, the customer clarified the following details: the size of the pet triangle head wrap is 53x53x76cm, the color is red and beige, and 5,000 pieces are produced respectively. 

The washing label consists of a cotton label and a regular washing label. The custom triangle bandana packaging uses a frosted zipper bag, and each bag contains one triangle bandanas.

Instead of sending samples, the customer directly provided design requirements and asked us to make samples strictly according to the drawings. 

Sample Proofing

After confirming the details, we used the spot dyed fabric for proofing. After the first proofing, the customer approved the overall quality, but proposed a modification to the position of the triangle dog bandana woven label, requiring it to be adjusted to a more conspicuous and recognizable area.

We quickly adjusted the promotional pet bandana woven label and completed the second proofing. After 7 days of sample production and multiple confirmations, the customer finally approved the triangle bandana and decided to put it into production.

Second proofing

In production, the biggest challenge comes from the customer’s strict requirements for details, especially in the position and sewing process of the woven label. To ensure that the custom triangle bandanas meet customer standards, we adopted the following process:

Spot dyed fabric: Use high-quality dyed fabric to ensure uniform and full colors.

Cutting and sewing: Based on double-layer gauze, conventional double-layer sewing technology is used to ensure the durability of the pet scarf.

Quality inspection and packaging: Each pets bandana is strictly inspected and packed in a frosted zipper bag.

The entire production cycle was 30 days. We completed the production of all the bulk dog triangle bandana on time and shipped them smoothly.

Customer Feedback

After receiving the bulk goods, the customer expressed great satisfaction with the quality and details of custom cotton pet bandana, and especially affirmed our quick response ability and professional level in adjusting the woven label. Therefore, the customer decided to continue to add orders and further deepen the cooperative relationship.
