Abstract

This case shows our custom cotton tiger scrub cap project for a Chinese pharmaceutical company, which uses a tiger head pattern design, ensures high-quality printing technology and fine sewing technology, and successfully custom scrub caps 1,000pcs.

Initial Communication

On Sep 5th, 2024, we received an inquiry from a pharmaceutical product company in China. The customer wants to custom medical scrub caps, and provided detailed design requirements, requiring a tiger head pattern to be printed on custom scrub caps. 

The customer pays special attention to the comfort and professionalism of the product, so they choose cotton scrub caps, and digital printing technology is hoped to be used to ensure tiger scrub cap details are presented.

Communication Phase

We communicated in detail with the design drawings according to customer needs and confirmed the details of the designer scrub caps. The custom made scrub hats size is a regular adult size, and a woven label is used as a brand logo.

We make a sample proof for customer and also ensure that each cap meets the sewing requirements of a standard cotton scrub caps in terms of craftsmanship to ensure that the quality meets the strict standards of the medical field.

Customer Feedback

After receiving the custom surgical caps sample, the customer was very satisfied with our sewing process, however, they wanted to make some modification suggestions. 

Second proofing

After their discussion, the customer wanted to adjust the size of the woven label to ensure that the logo was in line with its brand image, so they changed the customized surgical caps label size from 1.5*5.8cm to 2*7.7cm.

Therefore, we conducted a second proofing and adjusted the woven label based on the customer’s feedback. After further confirmation, the customer was very satisfied with the custom caps scrub caps and confirmed the final 1000pcs production details.

The most challenging part of the entire production process was the digital printing process, especially in ensuring the accurate presentation of the tiger pattern. We used advanced DIG printing to achieve the details of the tiger head pattern, we ensure that each custom tiger scrub cap achieved the expected effect. 

In addition, due to the customer’s high requirements for product quality, we also carried out a strict quality inspection process to ensure that each custom surgical hats meets the standards.

 We also paid special attention to the comfort and safety of custom cotton tiger scrub cap to ensure that every detail meets the requirements of the medical industry.

Summary

Through close communication and cooperation, we completed the custom cotton tiger scrub cap production of 1,000pcs and delivered them to the customer on time. 

The customer was very satisfied with our professionalism and product quality, so he decided to continue to place orders with us. In the two years from 2022 to now, the customer has placed 5 orders with us. It is our loyal customer and we are also its reliable supplier.
