Abstract

On June 24, 2025, a Chinese gift company contacted Pace-Setter online. They wanted to make up for their seasonal sales. The client gave clear order details: custom black fluffy winter gloves, size 11×25cm, and 515 pairs total. Pace-Setter had a lot of experience making rabbit fur gloves, and it could produce goods quickly. So the team finished all work—from the first talk to delivery—in 42 days.

Initial Communication

First, the client said they wanted fluffy gloves that look nice and feel soft. They also wanted the winter gloves to be good as gifts. It was the first time Pace-Setter made these kinds of custom gloves. So the technical team had a meeting to find a good way to make it. 

Then, after a few talks, both sides decided to use ready-made fabric with embroidery. They also added buttons and elastic bands to make the gloves fit better. The team showed a few fabric choices. And on June 25, they finished the first sample and sent it out.

Proofing

When the client got the embroidered gloves, they liked their look and embroidery. But they wanted a small size change to make the gloves fit better. So the Pace-Setter team made a second sample right away. They fixed the size, and soon after that, the client approved it.

The production process was not simple. So the team followed this order: Ready-made fabric → Cutting → Embroidery → Sewing → Quality Check → Packaging → Shipping.

All gift gloves were checked one by one. Each pair was packed with custom packaging to make it look nice as a gift. The team made sure every glove was well-made.

Customer Feedback

When the client finally received the shipment of custom black fluffy winter gloves, they were really pleased with the result. The embroidery on each pair was neat, detailed — showing the craftsmanship and attention to detail Pace-Setter is known for. Buttons were firmly attached, and the elastic bands made the embroidered gloves fit well on different hand sizes.
