Abstract

In September 2025, we received a customization request from a Japanese client specializing in Japanese-style general merchandise regarding a Custom Baseball Star Mini Drawstring Bag. 

The client wanted 4,572 mini drawstring bags in 72 different designs, made of 80 gsm polyester satin, measuring 12 x 9 cm, printed using a digitally printed drawstring pouch, and packaged in an opaque aluminum foil bag. The quantity of each design had to be strictly matched. 

The core challenge of the project was the large number of designs, requiring highly precise production and packing while meeting bulk Japanese drawstring bag custom standards.

Initial Communication

On September 15th, the client contacted Pace-Setter via website inquiry, expressing their intention to custom mini drawstring bags. During the communication, the client clearly stated that they needed 72 different designs, with precise quantity control for each design, and that the colors must conform to specified color standards.

Proofing

The client’s customized products are made of 80 gsm polyester satin, with digital printing on the custom drawstring bags, ensuring the exquisite return of the design. After we received the confirmed order, we ran a 7-day sampling period. This ensured each baseball star’s pattern, color, and size met the client’s needs.

Because there are so many styles, a tight sampling inspection system was put in place during production to make sure that the quality and quantity of each product were correct. The client gave positive feedback on each little drawstring bag during the sampling stage and confirmed that no second sampling was needed.
