Abstract

This case shows the custom 100% polyester twill fabric bags  produced by Pace-Setter for a long-term cooperative customer from Japan. They sell various groceries. This is the second cooperation, and the order quantity includes 1,000 shopping bags and 2,000 drawstring bags.

The custom logo shopping bags and custom cloth drawstring bags are made of 100% polyester twill material and customized DIG printing. It was finally delivered on time and successfully met the customer’s quality requirements.

Initial communication

On September 12, 2024, the customer asked us again and expressed the need for personalised tote bags and customized drawstring bags. This customer is our old customer and has had successful cooperation experience before, and it mainly sells to the Japanese market.

The customer provided specific customization requirements, including the use of 100% polyester twill fabric, DIG printing process, and size specifications. The finished size of the custom shopping bags with logo is 43x38x10cm, and custom printed cotton drawstring bags size is 17×16 cm. 

We are ready to start sample production based on the specific requirements provided by the customer to ensure that every detail can accurately meet the customer’s needs.

Proofing process

According to the design, we start to make samples. The custom tote bags are made of 100% polyester twill material, and using the DIG printing process, we ensure the fine presentation of the customized pattern. 

The sample proofing cycle is 7 days. After receiving the personalized tote shopping bags sample, the customer confirmed the size and design effect.

However, they proposed adjustments to the color of the customized drawstring bags. Based on the customer’s new requests, we made a second adjustment. The final product meets drawstring calico bags color requirements.

Customer feedback

After receiving the first batch of custom reusable shopping bags and customized drawstring bag samples, the customer was completely satisfied with the design and expressed great anticipation for the production and delivery of large quantities.

Summary

In this cooperation, Pace-Setter successfully custom 100% polyester twill fabric bags for customers. Although the drawstring bag was adjusted twice in color, the overall production process went smoothly and met the customer’s requirements.

We ensure that every step from printing to final packaging is strictly controlled and finally delivered on time. This project not only further consolidates our long-term cooperative relationship with customers, but also demonstrates our advantages in providing personalized customization services to customers.
