Abstract

Pace-Setter custom 100% polyester lace triangular bandana for Chinese customers, 3000 pieces in total. The Lace Triangular Bandana uses digital printing to ensure a natural color transition and is paired with soft lace to enhance the overall texture. 

We have refined the process requirements for splicing fabric and lace to ensure that the quality of the finished product meets customer needs.  

Initial Communication

On December 19, 2024, a Chinese customer asked Pace-Setter to customize a fashionable decorative custom triangle bandana and provided a detailed design draft.

The customer required 100% polyester fabric and digital printing technology to ensure clear pattern details and natural color transition. At the same time, the customer hopes to add lace to the edge of the bandana triangle to make the product more decorative.

The customer particularly emphasized that the lace needs to be soft and perfectly combined with the main fabric to avoid affecting the wearing comfort due to improper sewing.

After communication, the two parties determined the triangle bandanas sample production time and quickly promoted the proofing.

Proofing and Production

On December 23, we completed the triangle headbands sample production and sent it to the customer for confirmation. During the proofing process, we focused on solving the following technical difficulties:

1. Lace edge softness control: Choose the right lace material to ensure that the edge of the lace bandana is soft and does not irritate the skin.
2. Printing color transition: Adjust the digital printing parameters to make the pattern color transition naturally.
3. Seam neatness: The seams between the fabric and the lace edge use high-precision sewing technology to ensure that the edge of the polyester bandana is smooth and improves the overall aesthetics.

After the customer confirms that the triangular scarf sample is satisfactory, we immediately arrange mass production.

The production process is strictly carried out in accordance with the standards: after digital printing, the fabric is shaped and maintained in a stable size, then precisely cut, and the lace edges are sewn with professional equipment to ensure that the edges of each triangular scarf are neat.

Finally, after random inspection, the customer said that the quality of the 100 polyester bandana meets the standards and can be packaged and shipped.

Customer Feedback

After receiving the goods, the customer expressed approval of the overall workmanship of the custom lace triangular bandana, especially the softness of the lace and the sewing precision, which met expectations.

Moreover, the color transition of the wholesale triangle bandanas is natural, and there is no printing deviation problem.

The customer gave a positive evaluation of the cooperation process and product quality of this order, and said that Pace-Setter will be given priority for similar needs in the future.
