Abstract

On September 2, 2025, we got an inquiry from a medical device company in China. The client wanted a custom 100% cotton surgical cap for dentists to wear during surgery. They cared most about quality and custom details.
We made the first batch of 300 cloth surgery caps with the client’s logo. We finished production on October 7 and delivered on time. The client was happy with the quality and our service. Later, they placed another order with a new logo.

Initial Communication

The client gave us clear requirements in the first talk. The 100% cotton surgical caps needed to be black, made of cotton twill shaka fabric, sized 49 x 15 cm, and have a printed logo. Each cloth surgery cap had to be packed in a single OPP bag.
The client said dentists would wear the surgical caps every day. They wanted the fabric to be comfortable, the size to fit well, and the logo to look sharp. We arranged sample production right after the first communication.

Proofing

We finished the first surgeons hat sample on September 9. The client gave feedback about the fabric and the logo size. We adjusted many times and made five custom surgical scrub caps samples in total. The main issues were:

• Fabric: We needed to choose cotton fabric that matched what the client wanted.
• Logo: After the first draft, the client changed the logo size. We had to redo the position and printing.

The production process was clear and fixed. We printed and dyed the fabric, shaped it, cut it, sewed it, checked every piece, packed it, and shipped it. Every custom surgical scrub cap went through a full check before delivery.

Customer Feedback

The client’s feedback was very positive.The fabric of the surgical cap is soft and breathable, suitable for long-term wear; the logo was crisp and accurately positioned; and the hygienic individual packaging met medical industry requirements. The client appreciated Pace-Setter’s responsiveness and professionalism during repeated sampling and soon placed a new order with varied logo designs.

Summary

This project showed how Pace-Setter can handle custom textile work step by step. We faced changes in fabric and logo, but we kept the quality stable and talked with the client in time. The client got the Custom 100% cotton surgical cap they wanted and trusted us more. The project helped their brand look better and proved that we can deliver reliable custom products.
