Abstract

This project is a custom 100% cotton promotional handkerchief for a well-known Japanese company focusing on concert, movie, and anime peripheral promotional products. 

They want to customize a 2,000 pcs cotton handkerchief, 45*45CM in size, using advanced digital printing technology, equipped with satin washing labels, and the hemming process is conventional three-fold curling.

The company has cooperated with major brands such as Bandai and Takashimaya in Japan many times and has extremely high requirements for custom handkerchief quality and design. 

They choose the promotional handkerchiefs, from inquiry to delivery, we communicate efficiently throughout the process to ensure that the little handky can be a unique gift to concert and movie promotion activities.

Initial Communication

On October 15, 2024, we received a custom printed handkerchiefs request from this Japanese customer. The company mainly customizes and imports peripheral gifts for concerts, movies, anime, and other activities, and has long-term and in-depth cooperation with major brands. 

They have accumulated rich market experience with customer needs, and have unique insights for designer hanky quality.

During the initial communication, we learned in detail about the personalised handkerchief specific needs, including the color, size, quantity,  handkerchief stylish, special care label and hem craftsmanship. 

The customer also emphasized that the product needed to folding a small pocket to be used for the upcoming concert and movie promotion activities, so we attached great importance to quality and delivery time.

Proofing

In order to respond to customer needs quickly, to make beautiful handkerchiefs,  we innovatively produced samples of three similar color groups of dark, medium, and light for customers to choose from.

The customer highly appreciated our personalised cotton handkerchief samples and chose one of the colors as the final design. At the same time, we also conducted a comprehensive quality inspection of the custom handkerchief bulk to ensure that every detail met the customer’s requirements.

Our handkerchief 100 cotton is more friendly to our earth, we hope more people choose it. However, if you want it cheaper, polyester handkerchief is not bad, or satin handkerchief is better.

After the customer received the custom 100% cotton promotional handkerchief, they were very satisfied with the overall quality and craft. After careful review, the customer made a minor adjustment suggestion: they hoped to fine-tune the space under the care label to ensure the coordination of the overall design.

We immediately responded to the customer’s request and promised to improve it in subsequent production.

From initial communication to sample production to formal ordering, we always maintain close communication with customers to ensure that every detail meets customer requirements. 

It is expected that in the next 30 days, we will complete the production of all 2,000pcs good quality handkerchiefs, equipped with customized satin water care labels and a conventional three-fold hemming process. Then make the hanky folding into a small pack.
